How to Enjoy Veggies More

Roasted to Perfection

If eating more veggies is part of your summer goals, you're in the right place! The best way to make vegetables taste better is to cook them correctly and with seasonings.

In addition, one way to get kids to eat more veggies is to roast them. Roasting vegetables adds flavor, texture, and removes the raw veggie taste.

These recipes are great for pairing with grilled chicken or steak, side salads, or your favorite easy pasta dish. What is your favorite veggie to roast?

Roasted Asparagus

A little garlic adds so much flavor to this green veggie. Less than 30 minutes in total.

Roasted Red Potatoes

These potatoes are a great alternative to French fries. They come out so crispy!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasting Brussels sprouts gives them an irresistible caramelized flavor. These are incredible.

Smashed Potatoes

These potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy and creamy inside. Kids love them!
