Tips for Real Food Eating

  • Focus on Whole, Unprocessed Foods
    Prioritize fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats over processed and packaged foods. Whole foods are nutrient-dense and free from added sugars, unhealthy fats, and preservatives.
  • Balance Your Plate
    Aim for a mix of macronutrients in every meal: half your plate should be fruits and vegetables, a quarter should be lean protein, and the remaining quarter should be whole grains or starchy vegetables.
  • Stay Hydrated
